Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Marketing Analyst
to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze market trends to design and implement innovative strategies
for sales teams and clients
Lead negotiation of coverages and pricing while managing the
carrier bidding process
Coordinate the renewal process by preparing and releasing RFPs,
gathering claims data, and reviewing carrier quotes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
3-5 years' prior broker experience working with large employers
with 100+ employees
Ability to obtain a Tennessee Life and Health License within 90
days of employment
Proficient with MS Office & Excel
Prior broker experience with large employers with 1,000 or more
(preferred)
