Job Description:
*Position Summary:*
Responsible for ensuring the marketing organization's projects,
practices, and policies conform to all relevant compliance laws and
regulations. Conducts compliance reviews and investigations as well
as reviewing documents to ensure organization adjusts its policies
and practices for compliance with new laws.
*Responsibilities:*
* Serves as senior collaborator/resource within the marketing
department regarding compliance initiatives and projects.
* Works closely with management, operations, and other business
units to prepare, update, and implement standard operating
procedures.
* Develops and reports on ad-hoc audit findings and remediate
findings. Responds, verbally and in writing, to audit findings.
* Makes recommendations to business units based on issues raised by
customers and internal personnel.
* Develops and delivers compliance-related marketing training
sessions on current and new policies and procedures.
* Conducts compliance and quality assurance audits as identified by
company leadership and independent testing.
* Informs and trains business units regarding regulatory and legal
changes, strives to improve knowledge of risk analysis, and
maintains contemporary knowledge of company policy changes.
* Monitors the regulatory environment and develops a strategy for
responding to new or amended legislation.
* Conducts compliance tests or audits of the lending department and
reports findings to the executive team. Investigates allegations of
illegal, improper, or unethical conduct by employees or company
representatives.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's Degree preferred, or minimum of four (4) + years'
related experience in mortgage underwriting, quality control,
origination, or compliance.
* Experience in the Mortgage industry required.
* Demonstrated hands-on compliance auditing experience
required.
* Prior experience managing workflow to confirm audits are
completed in a timely manner required.
* Project management experience and strong capability in managing
multiple project priorities and processes required.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is
determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to
progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for
this role is $75k-$108k and will depend on multiple individualized
factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills,
qualifications, experience, and market location.
