Job Description

Jetfuel.agency's team seeks a Senior Creative Specialist to join the design team. The Sr. Creative Specialist is responsible for coordinating and producing all creative assets needed for the organization's marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who has more than two years of experience in digital marketing design, video animation, web design, email design and is confident to do design QA for the brands we handle. You should have at least 1 year experience in working remotely and can communicate well with other team members not just for the design team but as well as other departments.

This position is fully remote and part-time for now, but has the possibility of going full-time in a few months. Although remote, this position may require some in-person meetings and will involve regular weekly and monthly calls. When sending your application please include a link to your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Updated on design trends and can do advanced video animations
• Can collaborate well with the marketing team
• Knowledge of Web Design
• Knowledge in Email design
• Photo manipulation expert; can create lifestyle assets from a product image and make it look realistic
• Knows basic Premiere and After Effects tools
• Knows how to use Figma (for web and email)
• Can step in and lead the team in the absence of the Creative Lead and/or the Creative Operations Manager
• Can mentor junior designers
• monitor updates on brand you will be assigned with and make sure both design and marketers are aligned with goals and next steps
• Research and share with the team, your learning on new trending styles on any platform
• Will speak his/her mind, if he thinks instructions given are not appropriate for the project/strategy
• Willing to study and learn new thing on both for the benefit of our brands and platforms that we handle
• Is open to feedback and uses it to improve his/her skills
• willing to work night shift of at least 2 hours (for fulltime) so we can coordinate with other team members overseas
