Manages and provides expert advice on the selection, design, justification, implementation, and business use of information systems. The Business Systems Consultant - Digital Marketing will be responsible to support AA team members both within the United States and around the world. This role will also partner with other Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team members across the entire organization to ensure optimal technical support for all systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Elicits and communicates the organization's business strategy and works directly with business unit clients to understand specific business processes and needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Consults with functional areas to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the system. Responsible for determining how changing business needs will affect the system and provides ideas and recommendations regarding system evolution.
• Identifies IT capabilities and information required to support the business processes and collaborates in the development of appropriate information management strategies.
• Proactively seeks out strategic business opportunities with business unit executives for the application of new or existing technology capabilities.
• Ensures compliance between business strategies and technology directions. Prepares testing plans to confirm that requirements and system design are accurate and complete.
• Identifies process disconnects and translates them into improvement opportunities with cost savings or avoidance, productivity improvements, or revenue generating business benefits.
• Manages relationships between clients involved and BTOs to assure effective communication between the groups is occurring. Brokers services within BTS community on behalf of customers.
• Ensures current and accurate system documentation, coordinates and or performs testing of system modifications, both validated and non-validated systems. Provides systems expertise and supports system training, adoption educational tools and materials.
• Monitors and audits the use of the systems; executes system control practices and procedures for regulatory and compliance.
• Monitor system performance, data integrity and user activity to deploy continuous improvements. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 7 years' experience; Master's Degree with 6 years' experience; PhD with 2 years' experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Technical expertise with digital marketing applications such as: Braze, Adobe AEM Assets, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
  • Technical expertise with workflow management systems such as: JIRA, Confluence, Workfront, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with customers and technical team members.
  • Ability to focus on deliverable and be detail oriented.
  • Strong teamwork and customer-focused skills.
  • Experience in the systems development, implementation, and operations of a large-scale, enterprise systems preferred. This range may be modified in thefuture. The salary range is (minimum: $96,000to maximum: $188,000.) We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off.
