JOB DESCRIPTION Job SummaryResponsible for managing the development and implementation of Enterprise Marketing and related campaigns and programs that seek to achieve subscriber and revenue goals. Determines appropriate design and product messaging and reviews final development and advertising tactics. Oversees competitive marketing and tracking programs. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.Comcast and Charter Communications will form a 50/50 joint venture that will bring our world-class Flex streaming platform, 4K streaming devices, voice remote and XClass TVs nationwide. Comcast also will contribute XUMO to the joint venture, our free ad-supported service that currently delivers more than 200 unique streaming channels and features hundreds of free content choices.Job DescriptionJob Summary-Additional Info: As a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Marketing, you will play a critical role in generating demand for Xumo Enterprise's SaaS solutions for broadcast TV and streaming TV in global markets, with an emphasis on North and Latin Americas. This role reports to the Vice President, Marketing and Content Operations and will have direct access to the enterprise partner and content programming teams. Core Responsibilities:Events & Activations- 50% of role focus:Point person for planning and build brand strategy for events and activations for Xumo Enterprise.- Event Management, Event Goals & Partner Communication- Travel for local events required & National travel, approximately 4 times/year required.Website development- 25% of rolePoint person for continuing development of the new enterprise.xumo.com site.Product Marketing- 25% of roleResponsible for go to market plans for all Xumo Enterprise products and services.-CMS Externalization SME, Xumo Enterprise Products & ServicesCollateral- 25% of roleLead on generating & maintaining sales & partner collateral.-Brand & Design Partnerships Hybrid work schedule: in Irvine office 3 days/week & virtual 2 days/week. Ideal candidate with have a strong Events Marketing background along with general marketing experience within a fast-paced, start-up type environment. Along with the ability to bring marketing solutions & creative options to senior leadership & flexible to change, in order to meet the needs of the business priorities. Qualifications:

  • B2B marketing with exposure/interest in SaaS-based solutions
  • Interacting with product, technology, and sales teams to gather product and market information to create successful campaigns
  • Conceptualizing content themes, and engaging with the content marketing team to ensure content assets are delivered promptly for campaigns
  • Have a keen eye for technology innovations and leverage them to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth
  • Proficiency in digital marketing
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools and CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to successfully multi-task
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in building content for B2B tech/SaaS business is desired
  • Exposure to working with global teams is a plus
  • Works with area, division and corporate contacts within the Company to assure consistency of brand voice, messaging and outreach efforts.
  • Directs agencies and local resources to design targeted acquisition campaigns for diverse marketplace.
  • Collaborates with appropriate personnel to execute Marketing Communications strategies that advertise the Company's new and existing products or services across all media.
  • Manages the creative development of all marketing tactics for each marketing campaign and program, including: direct mail, brochures, web content, sales letters, flyers, newsletters, newspaper and radio advertising and other projects.
  • Consults with leadership team regarding strategy, content, design and production of all marketing materials and is responsible for ensuring accuracy of content before being communicated.
  • Provides leadership and direction to Marketing Communications personnel and develops and implements appropriate methods, practices and policies to guide work.
  • Serves as liaison with Public Relations and additional necessary parties to ensure project goals, timeline and budget parameters are maintained. Ensures key Marketing Communications programs are communicated both internally and externally.
  • Partners with Media Services to develop relevant media plans for each Marketing Communications programs to help drive retention and acquisition.
  • Maintains regional marketing calendar and tracks associated expenses and accruals.
  • Develops and implements mechanisms for response analysis to determine ROI on selected campaigns and programs.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
