The Dealer Marketing Manager Position
Sunnova Energy is searching for Dealer Marketing Manager to be responsible for work across the residential and commercial dealer channels to drive new business. This person will work cross-functionally with a team of internal and external stakeholders, aligning them to create an aspirational partner of choice in the residential and commercial dealer market. The Dealer Marketing Manager will participate in one of the fastest growing and most transformational industries for this generation, driving adoption of solar, battery storage and energy management products and services in existing and new markets. Their vision will contribute to the evolution of the company and the category.
Successful candidates will have experience in developing B2B marketing campaigns, managing marketing projects, creating content, and growing dealer partnerships. They will understand what it takes to strategically position and differentiate a company and manage the marketing and communications of that entity for growth. They will be an energized team member who can work cross-functionally to execute on a vision for the business.
Dealer Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Leads marketing campaigns to attract new dealer partners.
• Manages projects and drives coordination with multiple teams across marketing and sales for campaign execution, including IT, Operations, Legal, PR, social, events, etc.
• Participates in the creation of B2B marketing content for website, landing pages, newsletters, blogs, social media, events, webinars, and digital ads
• Creates and maintains results-oriented annual, quarterly and campaign specific plans.
• Defines dealer marketing dashboards and KPIs.
• Tracks and analyzes campaign effectiveness.
• Creates and manages repeatable lead nurturing/drip programs to move dealer prospects through the marketing and sales pipeline.
• Drives organic and paid digital (display, PPC/SEM) campaigns and budget, measuring and continuously improving ROI.
• Participates in webinars and event marketing execution.
• Manages dealer marketing content for gamification platform.
• Provides clear reporting of objectives and manages communication to the business regarding the status of all campaign activities.
  Minimum Requirements
  
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related area
  • 10+ years marketing experience
  • 5+ years of business-to-business marketing experience
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices in digital marketing automation, lead generation, rules-based lead nurturing, and social media marketing
  • Demonstrated proficiency with multiple formats of lead generation, including, but not limited to website, email, drip marketing, PPC, SEO, digital, social, and events
    Preferred Qualifications
    
    • Experience in the energy industry
    • 5+ years' experience working with a dealer channel Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or other CRM experience
    • Experience working with a publicly traded company
      Additional Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
      
      • Content marketing experience including but not limited to short-form videos, native advertising, blog writing, B2B social media marketing
      • Omnichannel and experiential marketing experience including but not limited to tradeshows, events, webinars, and gamification
      • Strong familiarity with dealer recruiting/nurturing, product marketing, and executive and technical marketing styles and personas
      • Experience with project management platforms; Outstanding time and project management skills
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
      • Strong written and verbal skills, to impart conceptual and detailed information to others
      • Confident, positive, energetic, professional, and team-oriented attitude
      • Creative thinker, relationship builder, initiator
      • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
