position is fully remote, but US-time zones only, please! We're on

enormous ambitions to flip healthcare on its head through an

channels and products. You'll also help manage our database which

- You have 2+ years of experience in account management (exposure
to affiliate marketing or partnerships is a plus)
- You have a strong grasp of data/metrics and how they ladder
into business goals
- You are comfortable with data and interpreting and presenting
results
- You have experience with mobile app marketing/affiliate
programs, databases, and marketplace management
- You're a strong communicator who is comfortable managing
partners and ideally, have experience with third party affiliate
vendors like ShareaSale, Impact Radius, Commission Junction, and
more
- You're a self-starter who is keen to learn, develop, and take
on new challenges
- You enjoy working cross-functionally, managing key
stakeholders, and prioritizing effectively while also being
comfortable working independently in a remote-first
environment
- You have a desire to work in a fast-paced, frequently changing
environment (previous experience at a start-up is a plus!)Things
You Might Do...
- Work with content, marketing, and partnerships teams to ensure
affiliate opportunities are maximized within email, web, social,
and mobile app products
- Onboard new partners and maintain ownership of partnerships
database
- Make optimization recommendations for Ness and brand partners
to drive more effective opportunities to achieve business
goals
- Actively strategize with the team to develop new partnership
opportunities
- Responsible for account management of marketplace partners
including developing and executing on strategic partner management
plans
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute on co-branded,
partner marketing commitments, helping build out a vision and then
executing accordingly
- Own and execute a roadmap of growth initiatives aimed at
significantly growing our email audience and work with our
newsletter editor to come up with new ways to bake growth into our
newsletter content
- Find and reach out to other online content creators and
communities to discover new audiences to work with and ways to
engage their audiences
- Maintain and drives annual partner performance metrics that may
include: spend, enrollments, affiliate revenue, and redemption
targets
- Leverage data, customer behaviors, and partner pain points to
deliver creative marketing solutions
- Negotiate partner agreements, potentially including: redemption
discounts, partner-funded perks and benefits
- Collaborate with and influence internal and external
stakeholders to deploy marketing strategies and tacticsHow We

Marketing for 15-30 minutes, each. There's nothing to prepare in

so this discussion will be mostly a "behavioral" interview focused
on what you've done before. We want to build conviction you'll
succeed in this job the same way you've succeeded in the past.Then,
you'll have time to ask us anything! (Well, mostly anything.)
- Take-HomeAfter this, we'll send you a take-home project,
similar to what would be expected of you at Ness, to get a sense of
how you think and communicate!Why? Well, we believe communication
skills are key for leaders in a remote-first company-and want a
chance to see you share your expertise. We'll share more details
about this when we get there!You'll have up to a week to complete
the take-home.
- Meet the TeamYou'll talk to our CEO and Founder, Derek, on a
15-30-minute video call.Here, we want to explore if we're a good
fit for each other. We will have reviewed your application,
take-home, and any prior meeting notes in detail, so the discussion
will be focused mostly on what brings out the best in you and
what's next. We want to be confident Ness can offer the environment
(culture, responsibility, org structure, etc...) that's led you to
the most professional success so far.Then, you'll have time to ask
questions, too!
- ReferencesOh-and, with your help, we'll reach out to folks
you've worked with in the past. We're usually pretty far along
here, so this is mostly about learning from outside perspectives
about how to manage and empower you best.
