The Content Developer will be responsible for constructing interesting, accurate, and compelling content in support of our organization's communications and education plans. The incumbent in this role will be expected to be able to write and develop engaging content for a remote workforce in consultation with subject matter experts for a variety of assets including communications vehicles (newsletters, blogs, communications, videos, webinars, etc.) and education assets (eLearnings, job aids, procedures, etc.). Strong collaboration, communication, attention to detail, and project management skills will be essential to success.What you will accomplish here:Collaborate with leadership team and business subject matter experts to design engaging content using a variety of delivery mechanismsWrite creative and unique content as well as provide innovative ideasWrite technical content for organization education, processes, and policiesIn partnership with leadership, plan project scope, budget, and timelinesAdhere to budget and timelinesPerform other duties as requestedRequired Qualifications: 3+ years of content development experience (portfolio required)Strong verbal and written communication skillsOrganized and self-motivatedAdaptability to new systems and conceptsAbility to analyze, communicate, and shift priorities to manage business needsNaturally creative and imaginative, strong problem-solving abilityDemonstrate the ability to breakdown and deliver a complex message to a variety of audiencesTechnical Skills: Office 365, basic HTML, SharepointProject management skillsVendor management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Graphic designeLearning authoring tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, or similarEducation / Certifications: - Bachelor's Degree with experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, Communications, or Organizational DevelopmentGet to know Clarivate https://ebooks.clarivate.com/story/get-to-know-clarivate/page/1
