the consumer privacy space. We now bring you HOGO. HOGO---s mission
is to empower people to take control of their personal privacy
PrivacyForFree and financial future. Our app---s flagship feature
allows users to easily identify the data brokers and websites that
have their personal information and have it removed in a single
swipe . We---re looking for a creative social media expert to join
HOGO---s growth marketing team and help us build our owned and paid
social media, influencer, and content strategy as we launch our app
this summer. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of
social media platforms, content strategies, campaign planning and
measurement, and an ability to create engaging, highly impactful
content used in both organic and paid marketing campaigns. From
collaborating with in-house and agency teams to drive the content
creation process, to analyzing results and informing future
decisions, this position is a challenging mix of strategy and
execution. They---ll lead designers, growth marketers, influencers,
and agencies to build HOGO---s organic social presence and amplify
our growth through paid social campaigns. HOGO presents a very
unique opportunity to launch and scale a new fintech app, all while

juices, creative workspace, gym, etc.). Position Overview Define,
execute, and track Hogo---s organic social media strategy across
multiple platforms (TikTok, Snap, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Build
out our social media function, creating a framework to increase
brand awareness, improve paid customer acquisition, and drive
existing user loyalty and engagement. Work cross functionally with
the Growth Marketing team to develop user generated and video
content designed for paid acquisition campaigns and product
launches. Lead the design and brand teams with organic social
content development, production, and publishing (e.g. ideation,
writing content creative briefs, tracking asset creation, and
internal reviews). Create a framework for community moderation,
responses, and measurement. Develop copy for social posts and
maintain a social content calendar. Create, track, and report on
all social KPIs and provide recommendations based on content
performance and audience reception. Lead all KPI development,
measurement, and ongoing optimization opportunities. Analyze
cultural, media, and market trends to inform paid creative content
development. Develop brand guidelines and voice to be used in all
influencer campaigns. Requirements Bachelor---s degree in
Communications (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years--- experience
with social media marketing for a consumer brand (fintech, app, or
agency experience is a plus). In-depth expertise using all major
social media platforms. Highly creative with an ability to manage
others and create UGC content (video/static) themselves. Experience
with paid acquisition channels and campaigns (Google, TikTok, Snap,
Facebook, Programmatic, etc.). Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Additional Duties You are passionate about
consumer privacy and empowering people through financial literacy.
You possess a growth mindset, are intellectually curious, and are
always challenging conventional ways of problem solving. You
understand how to work with content creators, especially in the
gaming and personal finance space. You are excited about building a
new brand that will emphasize the rich HOGO backstory, characters,
and the rewards-based gamification of our app origins. You want to
build the HOGO community from the ground up and understand how to
navigate the new, growing topic surrounding consumer privacy.
