Summary:As a member of the Product Marketing team, the Product
Marketing Manager- Sports and Fitness is responsible for driving
the development and execution of the commercial marketing strategy
for Masimo's Consumer Health Wearable portfolio. The Product
Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to launch new
products or release updates for existing products. The Product
Manager drives product pricing, competitive research, development
of sales tools, and other marketing campaigns to ensure effective
messaging to customers through various touchpoints. The Product
Manager also maintains existing products by prioritizing product
enhancements and collaborating with internal stakeholders to see
them through adoption.Duties & Responsibilities:Lead product launch
teams and drive product launch activities globally, by working with
cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering,
Regulatory, and more.Manage overall marketing and distribution
strategy and plan for Health Wearable portfolioCreate product
messaging and develop marketing campaigns that have a high impact
to support the overall business objectives of the product
portfolio.Develop and deliver product sales training to field
teams.Interact with elite athletes, everyday athletes,
health-conscious consumers, and 55+ active adults to identify
customer needs and pain points.Conduct competitive research and
stay up to date on industry trends.Develop partnerships with
leading health and wellness companies.Partners closely with Digital
Marketing (PR, Social, and E-Commerce).Key DeliverablesMarket
requirementsMarket sizing and business caseGo-to-market plans
including Marketing Communications, product launch, sales and
distribution strategyPartnership strategy and executionCompetitive
analysis and differentiation strategyMinimum & Preferred
Qualifications and Experience:Minimum Qualifications:5 years of
experience in project management, product management, or technical
role.Results-oriented and positive "can do" attitude with a sense
of urgency to get things done.Must be detail-oriented and
flexible.Excellent organizational, communication, and
problem-solving skills.Ability to work well within a team
environment and independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
particularly Excel.Proficient in content management and document
control systems, such as Microsoft SharePoint and Oracle Agile
PLM.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience working within a
medical devices or life sciences company.Prior experience with
engineering or marketing teams.Strong familiarity with product
development lifecycle.Comfortable with the FDA and international
medical device regulatory processes.Proficient in desktop
publishing programs such as Adobe InDesign.Proficient in CRM
software such as .Prior experience with data analysis and business
intelligence programs.Education:Bachelor degree in Engineering
and/or LifesciencesMBA preferredPhysical Requirements/Work
EnvironmentThis position primarily works in an office environment.
It requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Daily use of a
computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May
stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in
the facilities. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor
vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required. Some
travel to Mexico is also required, so the ability to obtain and
maintain a valid passport is required.The physical demands of the

employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for
