ENTERTAINMENT/Broadcast Media/TV - Seeking Experienced Financial Analyst (also needs some accounting exp) - REMOTE NOW, will go Hybrid down the line - Greater Los Angeles, CA candidate residents, ONLY - $80k-$85k - Moving Fast Local Greater Los Angeles, CA Resident Candidates, Only - REMOTE NOW, but will go to Hybrid (will be following general State/Federal guidelines to determine) Join this established Entertainment/Broadcast Media/TV company - Established Finance Team and Finance is king at this organization, with their pulse on everything in the company. New position - Financial Analyst - will be handling finance and some accounting duties. Qualified Candidate will have combo finance/accounting experience. PERKS: 100% remote at this time (will go Hybrid later in the year - no established date) BENEFITS : 2 HMOs and 2 PPOs - 401(k) w/ company match - Dental & Vision - Extra paid days off b/t Xmas and New Year 3 weeks--- paid vacation - 6 sick days/year - 12 Holidays with extra -- day off on Fridays before a Monday holiday Discretionary Bonus Areas of Contribution/required Experience include: Finance --- Budgeting (including assist with Annual Budget Prep), Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Trend Analysis, Monthly Ad Sales Pricing Analysis, etc. Accounting --- prepare GL account reconciliations; assist with month-end close duties; manage accounting for prepaid expenses; etc. Experience and Skills you bring with you: Bachelor---s Degree in Accounting or similar relevant degree 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience STRONG Excel skills Experience in entertainment industry nice, but not required Strong analytical and communication skills
