-- Performs research on current benchmark trends and audience
-- Designs and implements social media strategies on a national
level in alignment with business goals and objectives.
-- Sets specific objectives and delivers reports on ROI.
-- Maintains and manages presence across all online forums and
social platforms for all national organizations within the Company,
including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook,
YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, and Tiktok.
-- Generates, edits, publishes and shares engaging content daily
(e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
-- Monitors SEO and web traffic metrics.
-- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing,
sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
-- Communicates with followers, responds to queries in a timely
manner and monitors customer reviews. Escalates issues and/or
concerns to the appropriate team and/or management.
-- Oversees social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline
cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
-- Suggests and implements new features to develop brand awareness,
like promotions and competitions.
-- Stays up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social
media, design tools and applications.
-- Carries out market research in order to keep up to date with
customer trends, as well as future trend predictions.
-- Manages budgets for all social media paid advertisements.
-- Meets with colleagues across multiple departments to create
omni-channel strategies for US brands.
-- Meets with stakeholders to inform them of the social media
progresses and to review the analytics.
-- Identifies opportunities to promote high level web traffic,
customer engagement and acquisition.
-- Provides training, instructions and guidance to team
-- Performs other related duties and projects as required by
Education and Experience:
-- Bachelor degree in marketing or related field.
-- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with demonstrated
success managing a company's and/or brand's social media and online
-- Experience with KPI tracking and data analysis is required.
-- Experience using Adobe Photoshop preferred.
-- B2B or dental industry experience preferred.
-- Facebook Blueprint Certification and Hubspot Content Marketing
-- Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) Certification preferred. You
