Harris is looking for an Administrative Analyst/Document Controller to join our Municipal Funding and Special District Finance Group in Irvine, CA. The Administrative Analyst/Document Controller position can have a part time schedule with a minimum of 32 hours per week or a full time schedule. Both include benefits. Responsibilities and Duties Performs data entry, analysis, research, and other project related tasks assigned by the Project Directors, Managers, Engineers or Analysts Generates and updates project documents utilizing MS Office Suite Performs data entry duties by inputting information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into a database Processes project documentation for the team and ensures that all documentation and records are being maintained and property stored Coordinates project schedules, updates tracking spreadsheets, and provides administrative support to the team Ensures that invoicing and other project contractual documents are prepared and processed properly Prepares and produces reports, project documents, and large-scale mailings Occasionally interfaces with clients, general public, or developers Proofreads documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, sentence structure, redundancy, composition, style, etc. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors Degree preferred in the fields of accounting, finance, business, public administration, economics, or other related to (A/E/C) or equivalent relevant office work experience in construction or other related industry (A/E/C) Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of database software a plus. Advanced skills in Excel a plus. Detail oriented with excellent analytical, organization, and written communication skills Collaborative, team-oriented work style paired with the ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and problem solve Demonstrated experience with document management and bookkeeping skills.
