Litigation Secretary
LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a full-time Litigation Secretary in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience working as a litigation secretary and will be responsible for supporting our attorneys in all aspects of litigation.
Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests
• Manage attorney calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• E-file documents with the court and other administrative duties as needed
• Assist with trial preparation and attend trials when necessary
• Maintain client files and manage case-related data in our case management system Qualifications:
• At least 4 years of experience working as a litigation secretary
• Federal and CA filing experience
  Skills:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic filing systems
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times Compensation: $75,000k+
