Job Description:

Temp to Hire opportunity Hours 8am - 5pm M-F Compensation - $16/hr

  • Greeting all employees and visitors and providing badges.
  • Handling medium to high volume of inbound calls and transferring calls as necessary.
  • Performing HR administration duties
  • Assisting with mail sorting
  • Screening calls, and ensuring calls are transfered to appropriate staff member on a timely basis
    • At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is preferred.
    • Experience handling multiple phone lines.
    • Professional attitude and appearance.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Effective interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
    • Excellent organizational skills
      • High School Diploma or GED
