Client Service Representative/Admin Assistant (Financial Planning Industry)We are looking for a happy, energetic individual who enjoys interacting with people and can demonstrate a track record of service within the investing/financial planning industry. This person should also demonstrate a strong sense of professional ethics and personal responsibility and accountability. If you find satisfaction in helping others and are very detail oriented, we would like to meet you! A few more specifics about the opportunity include:Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests regarding their accounts
  • Process account related paperwork
  • Assist with the preparation of all client events and meetings
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Help maintain all required compliance standard*
      • ---Qualifications:
        • MINIMUM 2+ years previous experience with an investment brokerage firm in customer service
        • Ability to build strong rapport with clients
        • Ability to prioritize and multitask
        • Positive and professional demeanor
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
        • Fluency in all major MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
