Our Newest Opportunity:

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for working with insurance carriers and assisting Account Managers with eligibility and enrollment processing of employee insurance changes. The coordinator will also assist with general eligibility questions, order ID cards, assist with invoicing, as well as review client insurance census and carrier bill(s) to ensure accuracy in billing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):


  • Perform administrative duties such as scanning, filing and organizing/delivering mail
  • Reconcile spreadsheets and client billing
  • Review client enrollment data and enroll employees in benefit plans
  • Work directly with insurance carriers to verify eligibility, and add/remove coverage
  • Request client bills from
  • Order ID cards

    Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

    • Enthusiasm, willingness and ability to learn new concepts
    • Excel experience a must
    • Positive, can-do attitude
    • Detail-oriented approach to work
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency with computer programs, specifically Microsoft Office and Excel
    • Ability to multi-task effectively
    • Ability to work productively with tight deadlines

      Education, Training and Experience:

      • College degree, preferred
      • Previous office experience, preferred
      • Previous experience working in insurance/employee benefits, preferred
