Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our dealership team. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in dealership operations who is looking to grow their career in automotive accounting and administration. Key Responsibilities: Process daily deposits for the service, parts, and sales departments Assist with new and used vehicle purchase documentation and transactions Coordinate and process dealer trade transactions, including documentation and inter-dealership financial postings Manage wholesale vehicle transactions and related paperwork Qualifications: Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment preferred Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines Proficiency with basic computer systems and accounting software Strong communication and teamwork skills Benefits: Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Health, dental, and vision insurance Full-time Monday - Friday $23.00 - $24.00 Hour
