full-service Am Law 200 business law firm is seeking a mid to
senior level commercial litigation attorney to join their team.

practice group, professional goals, experience, and more. This
position is onsite at the firm’s Los Angeles, California office.
Ideal candidates must be California barred, have experience
drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and
State courts and will have prior large case and/or firm experience.
Qualifications: Must have a California Bar license in good standing
Must have 6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation,
prior large case and/or firm experience is preferred Must have
excellent academic credentials Must have experience drafting
discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts
Must have strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills Must be
detail-oriented Must be motivated to learn and grow professionally
