Our construction client is looking for a hands-on, experienced
Senior Cost Accountant to lead accounting and administrative
functions for our construction operations. In this role, youll
ensure accuracy across project accounting, lead a dedicated
accounting team, and work closely with leadership including the
President, Project Managers, Estimators, and Corporate Finance. If
you have a background in construction accounting, enjoy process

hear from you. What Youll Do Supervise and support one project
accountant Manage all aspects of project accounting: requisitions,
forecasting (CTC/WIP), over/under billings, and project cash
tracking Oversee subcontractor billing compliance and invoice
processing Lead regional cash collection and forecasting Prepare
monthly P&L forecasts, finalize WIP, and present financials to
leadership Monitor SG&A expenses and align spending with
budgets Track backlog, identify CapEx needs, and oversee
warehouse/equipment/inventory accounting Act as liaison between
Risk Management and project teams Ensure smooth communication
between division and Corporate Accounting What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 5 years of
construction accounting experience Management experience preferred,
not required Proficiency in job cost accounting and WIP reporting
Strong understanding of industry-specific financial procedures and
compliance Compensation/Perks: Salary: $110K-$120K per year, 10%
guaranteed annual bonus, plus generous benefits including medical,
