Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Aid Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to students and
staff through the financial aid process
Maintain accurate documentation of student interactions and manage
financial aid eligibility documentation
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning
and diversity initiatives
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant customer service or financial aid experience,
or equivalent education and experience
Experience in a service-oriented call center is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint
General knowledge of the higher education industry is preferred
Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain
professionalism
