Are you an experienced Accountant with a background in investments or Real Estate? Do you speak Mandarin Chinese and English fluently? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! What You'll Do: Maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and generate reports Oversee real estate transactions, property management accounting, and construction billings Process payroll, tax filings, and vendor payments Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and partners Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting regulations What We're Looking For: 3+ years of accounting experience (real estate/construction industry preferred) Proficiency in QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar accounting software Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance Bilingual - Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Fully Onsite in Irvine, CA Salary- up to 90k Annually plus Benefits This role offers a dynamic work environment with growth potential.
