Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage financial
reporting and general ledger accuracy in a remote role based in
Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely closing of the general ledger and assist in financial
reporting
Participate in month-end close processes, including account
reconciliations and supporting schedules
Assist with internal and external audits and maintain internal
control documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting
3 to 5 years of accounting/audit experience in public or private
accounting
Strong reporting and data querying capabilities
Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite
Experience with financial audits and consolidation processes
