Title: SEC Reporting Manager
Location: Irvine, CA
Rates: $90/hr - $110/hr

Duration: 3 Months plus

Duties:
This role will be responsible for quarterly filings on Form 10-Q/10-K with the SEC, including:
Preparing financial statements, Notes, and MD&A.
Overseeing accounting for the company's capital structure (debt and equity).
Preparing the statement of cash flows.
Preparing Form 8-K for quarterly earnings release and related investor presentation materials.

Required Skills:
Experience preparing and filing Forms 10-Q/10-K with the SEC through EDGAR.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
Strong experience using Workiva.
Strong knowledge of accounting for stock-based compensation.
Ability to prepare a statement of cash flows.
Ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple functions outside of finance.

Experience:
7-10 years of relevant experience.

Education:
B.S. with a concentration in Accounting.

Certifications & Licenses:
CPA
