Senior Accountant Analyst
WinCorp Solutions is seeking an Senior Accountant Analyst to serve as a consultant for our client, a global financial services company located in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time, hybrid consulting opportunity. We provide desirable enterprise client engagements, and strive for excellent consultant care. Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related degree.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Requires a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related function.
CPA or MBA is preferred.
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, and experience with an enterprise accounting system (such as SAP).
GAAP and SEC reporting experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

Processes GL transactions
Reconciles GL accounts and source data, or sub ledger detail.
Reviews accounting transactions, GL accounts, and reconciliations in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Compares forecasted financial information to actual results, and analyzes and explains variances.
Processes corrections identified during reviews, and may advise others on corrections as necessary.
Analyzes company financials, considering intercompany relationships and business drivers, to identify risks and trends, for reporting to management.
