Company is a multifaceted organization that requires a Finance Manager that has structures in place, is adaptive, and can be productive in a high-paced environment. Through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, budgeting, inventory control, and tax planning, the Finance Manager plays a pivotal role.

Responsibilities:

Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing the Company's financial policies and procedures by providing operational administrative direction to the accounting, budgeting, tax, and insurance functions

Developing internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and other activities.

Maintaining the company's financial structure and coordinating the Company's relationships and covenants with financial institutions, suppliers, and government agencies

Manage 401k matching scheme/compliance testing

Inventory management and forecasting that ensures no out-of-stock, or overstock issues

Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyzing the financial results and risks.

Using financial reports, determine ways to reduce costs and maximize profits
Reviewing working capital on a regular basis and monitoring the company's cash flow

Overseeing and coordinating the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting process

Directing and coordinating the Company's annual year-end audit with the independent auditors.

Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.

Screen, hire, train, and retain accounting department employees
