  • Prepare detailed asset and cash flow spreadsheets, financials and diagrams supporting complex tax transactions
  • Prepare and review trust accountings
  • Prepare inventories of assets for clients' estates both during clients' lives and upon death
  • Perform bookkeeping for clients with large estates, including tracking entity distributions and promissory note payments, ensuring proper payments are made, preparing amortization schedules, etc.
  • Prepare Estate Tax Returns (Form 706) and Gift Tax Returns (Form 709) (no prior experience necessary)
  • Maintain meticulous electronic and hard copy filesQualifications:
    • 3+ years of public accounting experience
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at one time
