  • Act as the point of contact between the AP Accounting Team
  • Make and receive calls, take messages and route correspondence
  • Email branches to follow up on outstanding items or questions
  • Vendor management: facilitate and maintains relationships between organization and vendorsRequirements:
    • Some Accounting/AP experience preferred
    • Strong communication and organizational skills required
    • Vendor Master and setup a plus
    • Intermediate Excel experience a plus
    • Experience with credit applications a plus
    • 1099 experience a plus
