Job Description:

Well established, highly profitable CPA firm specializing in the non-profit industry, offers a very reasonable work / life balance, fast track promotions, and above market compensation packages. Staff and Seniors receive paid overtime at time and one half. May either work as a part time contractor with 20-35 hours weekly, or as a permanent employee with 40-45 hours weekly. Relocation and H1 visa transfer assistance are available for exceptional out of town candidates.

We are looking for an experienced, sharp-minded and personable Audit Staff or Senior to join our team. We need someone who is willing to provide outstanding services for our nonprofit clients, and have a passion for the non-profit industry. The ideal candidate must be organized and have superior communication skills.

Duties:Plan and execute audits in accordance with auditing standardsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the clients primary contract whereappropriateIdentify issues and make suggestions for improvementCommunicate status of work on a timely basisComplete assigned projects within engagement timelinesTravel to client assignments as neededParticipate in trainings and firm activities

Requirements:A passion for serving nonprofit organizationsLoyalWilling to learnMinimum of 2 years of related experienceBachelors degree in accounting or related fieldPrevious experience in a public accounting firmCPA or demonstrated progress towards obtaining CPASuperior verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and take initiatives on projectsExceptional project and time management skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to be flexible
