The CompanyTeletrac Navman is a software-as-a-service (SaaS)

certainty.The PositionWe're looking to add a Customer Success
Specialist to join Teletrac Navman! This role will proactively
manage all retention, resign and client account activities, to keep
churn under annual targets. You will drive increased revenue growth
and existing customer base penetration through upsell, cross-sell
and price management as per annual targets as well as looking for
long-term perspective relationships. You will work cross
functionally with Sales, Support, Service and Product teams.In this
role, you'll get to:
- Develop customer success enduring relationships.
- Increase adoption and demonstration of ROI.
- Secure contract renewals and uncover opportunities to increase
revenue growth within client life-cycle.
- Perform FPP engagement rules (ABRs/QBRs, sponsor program).
- Manage and improve Customer Health using company's methodology,
develop and facilitate actions plans as
- required to improve levels of service or to support client's
strategic objectives.
- Resolve in time and preform any adm. request from the customer
(Escalations, inquiries, etc)
- Contribute effectively to team-working collaboratively with
other departments (Finance, Support, etc)
- Lead and participate through VBS tools and projects (DMs, PSP,
PD,VOC, etc)
- Tactical Objectives achieve individuals and company's targets:
- Churn
- Growth
- Net revenue ARR
- Customer Health scores
- Operative targets path to success (learning and growth
QualificationsAt Teletrac Navman, we believe in your potential to

- Preferred degree in administration, systems, or accounting
fields (Communications)
- 3+ years' experience in Customer Account Management / Customer
Success-Sales or Project Management
- Experience in a SaaS background
- Experience using SAP, Salesforce and Churn Zero
- Driving customer value from product
- Experience building and growing long term customer
relationships
- Passionate customer service orientation with experience in
managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong time management skills
- High level of attention to detail

Day of Caring for volunteering The base compensation range for this
position is $75,000 to $90,000 per annum. Your actual base salary
will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include
relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data),
credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.For
this specific role, you may be eligible to participate in an annual
