Job DescriptionOur client, a leading produce company, is currently seeking an accomplished Accounts Receivable and Payable Accountant to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:1) Assist with month-end closing2) Assist with preparing financial statements3) Post journal entries4) Assist with payroll and expense reports5) Perform ad-hoc projects and financial analysis6) Resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation, issuing stop payments and adjustments7) Maintain financial security by following internal accounting controls8) Maintain financial historical records by filing accounting documents9) Perform other duties as assignedCritical Requirements1) A university degree is required.
