Responsibilities:
--- Possession of a CA State Life and Health License - required part of the program
--- Leading a Team of Financial Advisors
--- Educating potential clients on the products and services we offer at Mass Mutual
--- Growing Network and Attending Community events
--- Prospecting for new Clients in various social and Networking groups
--- Customizing strategies for Clients
--- Using social media and other marketing tools to Prospect (FB Business and Linked-In)
--- Building long-term relationships with clients and keeping relationships strong through consistent correspondence
--- Using the CRM database to organize your business and do a Relationship Marketing program through digital mailers

Qualifications:
--- Social nature, with the ability to form long-lasting relationships
--- Networking Mentality and Creative Marketing Strategies
--- Great Communication Skills - both verbal and written
--- Will Learn Recruiting of Advisors
--- Works well independently and as part of a Team
--- Sales or Business experience is a definite plus, but not required
--- Integrity and the Motivation to Help People and make their lives better
--- Disciplined to attend Weekly meetings and classes
--- Strong focus to stick to an organized Calendar
--- Bi-Lingual and Cultural Experience is a definite plus
