Overview
FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER
REPORTS TO: CONTROLLER
STATUS: EXEMPT
PAY RANGE: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00/ Year
*compensation varies based on geography, skills, experience, and
tenure

The Financial Reporting Manager will report to the Contoller and
will be directly responsible for managing the preparation of our
SEC filings, including 10-Qs and 10-Ks, and coordination with our
legal team with respect to the Proxy Statement and other
miscellaneous 8-K filings. Additionally, the Financial Reporting
Manager will be responsible for internal reporting, assisting with
the preparation of earnings releases, assisting both the internal
and external audit process, and assisting and coordinating stock
administration activities. The Financial Reporting Manager is
expected to effectively interact with the other departments that
contribute to the preparation of SEC filings. Current knowledge of
US GAAP, proposed accounting pronouncements, SOX, COSO and PCAOB
requirements is critical for success.
