- Assist with the preparation of month-end journal entries including but not limited to: Concur expense reports, fixed assets, prepaids and revenue
- Prepare and maintain assigned monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
- Process monthly fixed asset transactions - additions, disposals, transfers and prepare monthly roll-forward schedules
- Review expense reports and other expenditures to ensure compliance with company policy
- Improve accounting procedures to make tasks more efficient
- Assist Management with various accounting projects and ad-hoc tasks
- Create assigned audit schedules and provide requested selection support for interim/year-end audit
- Ensures compliance with all internal controlsWhat You need for this role:
  - Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
  - 2+ years of working experience in accounting
  - Experience with lease and fixed assets
