REMOTE - Commercial RE Investment Firm - Senior Corporate Accountant - $90k-$100k Bonus - SO CAL COMPANY - Unlimited PTO - Co closed B/T XMas & NY Local Greater Los Angeles, CA Resident Candidates, Only - REMOTE (Want Greater L.A. resident candidates so you are in same Pacific Time Zone) Join this growing Commercial RE Investment firm - there are approximately 30 ees and the opportunity to make a difference. An advantage of working with a small & rapidly growing firm is the opportunity to contribute in multiple areas and prime your career for growth Areas of contribution include : Input and review journal entries and address any issues Assist in preparing P&L Comparison reports and corporate budgets Assist in accruals, prepays, revenue recognition and aging reconciliations Assist in required lender reporting Coordinate with Controller and Investor Relations on investor reporting and disbursement of monthly and quarterly investor distributions and management of investor capital balances Assist in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and productivity of accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist in calculating and billing associated management fees and reimbursements to management company Communicate with the external CPA firm in preparation and filing of multi-entities tax returns Interface with operations and logistics to resolve concerns Provide data integrity for inter-company activities Experience and Skills you bring with you: Bachelor---s Degree in Accounting or similar degree 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience Experience in real estate industry and/or RE Investment firm preferred Strong analytical and communication skills YARDI software experience
