Job description SUMMARY This Financial Analyst will be
supporting our Corporate Finance team and Marketing & Commercial
Operations team. This person will have exposure to upper
management, including our VP, Corporate Controller, and finance
leaders across the globe. You will work cross-functionally with our
international office and various departments. Great learning

Essential Duties and Responsibilities --- Analyze period variances
of actual results to budgets/forecasts and report performance to
department managers and functional leaders. Create insight on our
T&E and logistic spending. --- Provide reporting and analysis
support for Sales including sales by region, customer, margin
analysis and forecasting, and Operations including S&OP process
and Key Performance Indicators reporting, productivity, absorption,
inventory, operations planning, etc. --- Support with a wire
transfer, invoicing, and monthly commission calculation. ---
Support year-end audit by preparing assigned schedules and reports.
--- Support coordination of Annual Operating Plan and forecasts,
inclusive of expense, Balance Sheet, capital, headcount, and
capacity planning. --- Provide financial consultations to
functional leaders including our international subsidiaries,
synthesize financial results, and assess risks and opportunities.
--- Assist in scenario and ROI analyses to support key management
decisions. --- Effectively collaborate with colleagues from all
departments including sales, operations, engineering, procurement,
and all members of the domestic and international leadership team.
--- Ability to extract, organize, analyze, and report data in a
manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions
with the use of an ERP system --- Provide ad hoc analysis and
lead/support other initiatives as needed, such as consolidation of
our China Joined Venture --- Identify opportunities to streamline
processes and increase efficiencies. Preferred Qualifications ---
Prior experience with Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power
Bl. --- Prior experience working in a manufacturing organization.
--- 6 years of professional experience, with at least 3 in a
manufacturing organization. --- Embodies the three virtues of an
ideal team player: Hungry, Humble, and Smart. --- CMA, CPA or MBA a
plus ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS: --- Desire to learn and make a
