• Provide accounting and clerical support.
• Process accounts payable and receivables.
• Prepare and maintain all accounting documents and records.
• Process bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
• Daily entering of financial transactions in database.
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
• Collection efforts on past due payments.
• Weekly accounting report management and cash flow analysis.
• Process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.
• Prepare sales and other financial reports.
• Inventory Management and analysis.Skills: * 5 years of accounting experience.
  • 2 Years office management or office assistant experience.
  • 10+ years work experience
  • Must be highly organized, professional, and reliable.
  • Capable of multi-tasking on several projects with a strong attention to detail.**Candidates who do not complete the assessment test will not be considered.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:
