Join Our Talent Network Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a full-time Senior Program Manager - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to our (Ambulatory Care Network) location in Seattle, WA or Southern California or Portland, OR only. In this position you will have the following responsibilities: Program Management Provide ongoing project coordination among multiple Diversity Equity Inclusion [DEI] initiatives; track and manage timelines for projects and deliverables. Plan and execute internal educational and external community events. Serve as point of contact/liaison, representing the diversity & inclusion initiatives to other departments, affiliated institutions, and outside organizations. Produce special and recurring reports. Assist in the analysis and presentation of data. Maintain and monitor diversity metrics, corresponding dashboards, and recurring reports to measure success, and incorporate into future strategy and initiatives. Establish a Caregiver Resource Group structure and identify a process and methodology for developing successful caregiver groups, managing them, providing tools and structure as needed, and maximizing the groups for the advancement of the organization's mission. Facilitation Facilitate educational sessions to help make Providence Saint Joseph Health teams and culture more inclusive. Partner with the Vice President to stay up to date on current research and trends. Communication Write internal communications for all program-related activities & coordinate with the communications department to develop a plan. Produce newsletter & executive-level communications about the efforts. Develop a SharePoint site to manage all efforts. Administrative Schedule and coordinate all Ambulatory Care Network Council activities. Support Caregiver Resource Groups in the execution of activities, budget allocation, events, etc. Establish and build productive and healthy working relationships across the organization to help coach colleagues on DEI related topics and issues. Team up with Human Resources to embed new recruitment and hiring practices that produce a more diverse workforce and engage with subject matter experts to develop programming. Partner with Sr. Leadership to promote the programs and achieve the goals. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required qualifications for this position include: 5 years of project management experience including 3 years designing and delivering programs. Strong project management skills, successful teaming with colleagues, and a strong results orientation. Experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion teams in a large, complex, matrixed organization. A highly effective presenter with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and management. Ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and improvement opportunities Energetic and resourceful able to quickly take control of assignments and established oneself as a trusted strategic partner. Strong project management skills, successful teaming with colleagues, and a strong results orientation. About the department you will serve.
