As our Senior Finance Lead, you'll lead and participate in projects to provide financial analysis, and ad-hoc business support to help our business leaders, management committees, and board make important decisions about the financial future of the company. Working with many different stakeholders, you'll guide business decisions by proactively analyzing a wide range of perspectives and financial trends. Every day, you'll work with departments across Capital Group to create timely and accurate financial assessments.   • You are a problem solver and are able to frame and execute approaches to address varied business questions.
  • You adapt with market trends and opportunities, performing complex analytics, and sharing options or recommendations with the potential outcomes.
  • You translate complex analytics into clear and concise deliverables to be easily consumed by business partners.
  • You've worked with peers to determine priorities and expense impacts, constantly looking for ways to enhance work processes and improve overall service delivered to our internal and external client groups.
