Position Summary Cryoport Systems, LLC (a subsidiary of Cryoport Inc. NASDAQ: CYRX) is searching for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial statement budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and other key global strategic initiatives that drive the long-term financial success of the company. Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

• Develop and lead the financial planning processes, including quarterly forecasts, annual budget and annual strategic planning
• Partner and support business leaders with expense, capital expenditure and headcount planning
• Manage the sales operations function supporting the Global VP of Sales with sales planning and reporting, sales quotas and commission administration
• Collaborate across the organization to develop ROI and product P&L analysis for current and future product and service offerings
• Own financial reporting for internal management processes including P&L, KPIs and variance analysis
• Support the implementation of software solutions to facilitate improved financial planning and reporting processes
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue capture and profitability through pricing changes and cost reduction efforts
• Drive implementation and adoption of scalable business processes
• Manage and develop a team of high performing finance professionals
• Ad hoc special projects as directed by the VP Finance
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for working with diverse populations and management styles across functional groups

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics required
  • MBA strongly preferred
